WINS AWARD IN AMERICAN IMPRESSIONIST SOCIETY’S
JURIED NATIONAL PAINTING EXHIBITION

Vero Beach, Florida, November, 2003 – The American Impressionist Society has awarded Kathleen Elsey of Santa Barbara, CA an Honorable Mention for her painting “Hondo Valley” (also known as “Peaceful Valley”). Ms. Elsey’s painting is an impressionistic interpretation of the Hondo Valley outside of Taos, New Mexico. The exhibition is at the prestigious Charlotte Flinn Gallery in Vero Beach, Florida through the month of November.
Kathleen Elsey has recently relocated to Santa Barbara after living in Northern California for 25 years. Ms. Elsey is represented by Portico Gallery in Montecito, California Collectors Gallery in Kentfield, William Lester Gallery in Pte.
